TRANSITIONING ADVICE:
NEVER DISREGARD MEDICAL ADVICE

If your baby is starting on S-26 LI for the first time:
Follow medical advice for transitioning.

If your baby is transitioning from the previous recipe of S-26 Gold LI to the updated recipe:

A baby may better adapt when changes in feeding are introduced gradually. Alternating between the old and new formula feeds may ease transition.

parenting tips

S-26 LI is a premium specialty infant formula designed for formula-fed infants up to 12 months of age with symptoms of lactose intolerance/maldigestion and diarrhoea caused by lactose intolerance. For older babies, S-26 LI may be used when introducing foods carefully selected to be in line with a diet suitable for lactose intolerance. S-26 LI is not suitable for infants with galactosaemia or glucose-galactose malabsorption. It should be used under medical supervision.

Infants over 6 months of age will need additional nourishment.

One scoop = 4.4 grams. Mix 1 scoop of S-26 GOLD® Lactose Intolerance infant formula to 30 mL of water

*

Note: use only the enclosed scoop. Using more or less powder than indicated will either lead to dehydration or deprive your baby of proper nutrition. Do not change proportions without medical advice.

**

At this age, the infant’s diet becomes more diversified (cereals, baby foods). Consult your doctor before introducing any new food to baby’s diet. When other foods than formula are introduced, they should be selected carefully in order to be in line with current therapy (such as: absence of lactose). Before 6 months, this product is suitable as the sole source of nutrition for infants when they are not breastfed.
