One scoop = 8.7 grams. Mix 1 scoop of S-26 Original Follow-On formula to 60mL of water. Only use the enclosed scoop. Using more or less powder than indicated will either lead to dehydration or deprive your baby of proper nutrition.
   

Solid foods should be offered from 6 months.

step 1 Wash your hands before preparing baby’s formula.
step 2 Wash bottle, teat, and cap thoroughly until no milk remains.
step 3 Boil for five minutes. Leave covered until use.
step 4 Boil drinking water for five minutes; allow to cool.
step 5 Consult feeding table, pour exact amount of lukewarm water into the bottle.
step 6 Use only the scoop from this container. Powder must be leveled.
step 7 Consult feeding table, add exact number of level scoops for age of baby.
step 8 Cap bottle and shake well until powder is fully dissolved. FEED IMMEDIATELY^
step 9 Close can tightly after each use and store in a cool dry place. Must be used 4 weeks of opening.
^   It is safer to feed immediately after preparation.
    Prepare only one bottle at a time. Follow the instructions exactly. Do not keep unfinished bottle, discard the contents.
